TRADE ASSOCIATIONS
We will work as a team with Michael Cormacey, who is a long approved and respected member of ISPE as well as SPATA the two most recognised trade standards authorities.
Successful pools and pool buildings will only stand the test of time if proper consideration has been given to air pressure, air changes, and the risks inherent with chlorinated environments which can be corrosive to materials and structures if not properly managed. When heating an indoor pool one is creating a mini weather system with a large store of chemically treated water: cutting corners on planning and execution can lead to disastrous and costly outcomes.
REGULATIONS & STANDARDS
We work to current British Standards and European Standards BS EN 1582. We have a clear quality control system with pressure testing, visual checks and milestone inspections and holding points to ensure nothing is missed during the build phase. We also keep a forensic level of photographic records as the build and installation progress; and will provide as-built drawings and a proper handover folder and 'walk through' at completion.

Our background is in high-end domestic bespoke construction. We can advise or manage construction of any required associated buildings or landscaping projects.
We will handle anything and everything related to the design and construction of pool buildings and indoor swimming pools including spas, saunas, and internal fit outs - we are experienced in high end fit out to demanding tolerances. We will introduce you to one of our brilliant partner architects or interior designers where required.
SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE
We will advise on all elements of pool refurbishment and maintenance, and provide a handover folder including as built information and data sheets for any following service or maintenance engineers.
