​STEP 1  

Managing Cost Expectations​

There is no point starting a process if the initial budget does not match the ambition. This is a chance to flush out any 'Grand Designs' viewers.

STEP 2  

Develop the Brief​

Rory, Oliver and Rob will either meet online or come to site for an initial meeting to see the site and discuss ideas. This is an opportunity to sense check the project, 'test the water' and talk through the process.​ Depending on the nature of the project we may then propose recommended architects, designers and landscape designers to create a 'wow factor'. We will encourage clients to put together Instagram or Pinterest pages to help inform decisions before meeting.

STEP 3

Design Intent​

The designers will then put together some initial visuals that bring the project to life.This allows a final design intent to be agreed that will inform the detailed drawings package to be started.

STEP 4  

Planning Application and Consent​

Put together an application for consent from the local planning authority where required.

STEP 5  

The Nitty Gritty ​

We will agree the scope of our pool and mechanical engineers' designs, and engage structural engineers. At this stage we will  agree the design of fittings, liners, covers, and accessories, and put together a detailed drawings package for construction, including setting out drawings, sections and elevations. This will allow final detailed costs forecasting.

STEP 6 

 Construction and Delivery

We will then mobilise on site and commence construction and installation of your beautiful new pool.
